It is a great influence on the education of Europe and America ,even the whole world, further more , it is also a reasonable introspection and advice to our today's Education management study. 因此，本文对夸美纽斯的教育管理思想进行了深入的探讨和分析，以期能对我国的教育管理改革和教育事业的发展有所借鉴和启示。 So, this article deeply discussed and analyzed the Comenius' education management thought, I hope it could make a significant contribution to the reformation of our Education management system and the delevopment of our education career. 本文分为五个部分：第一部分主要介绍夸美纽斯教育管理思想的来源，其中包括夸美纽斯生活的体悟和教育实践、当时的社会现实、大自然以及前人经验的继承与超越，夸美纽斯的教育管理思想主要是这四个方面综合的产物，这部分为全面系统探讨其教育管理思想奠定了基础； This paper is divided into five parts: the first is mainly about the origin of Comenius' Eduction management thought, it contains Comenius' life understanding , educational practice , the social reality of that time and the inheritance & improvement about Predecessors' experience .Comenius'Eduction management thought is a conprehensive product of these four aspects .this part lay the foundation for discuss the thought deeply. 第二部分说明了夸美纽斯教育管理的目的是为了达到和谐、泛智和德行； The second part is mainly about The purpose of Comenius' education management which is to become Harmony and the wisdom and virtue 第三部分归纳了夸美纽斯教育管理思想的主要内容，分别从宏观（国家）、中观（学校）和微观（课堂）三个方面对其教育管理思想进行了分析和论述； The third part summarizes the main content of Comenius' education management thought.
