Setting调查背景：在就业竞争越来越激烈的环境下，许多大学生开始着手自主创业。其中有很多的佼佼者，这增强了更多的学生投入到自主创业的热情和信心。自主创业的方式有很多种，其中经营加盟店就是一个不错的选择。对于应届毕业生这一相对比较缺乏资金和经验的群体，加盟店是一个比较理想化的创业模式。不仅风险小，可操作性强，而且可以积累商业经营实际经验，为进一步的独立创业行动打下基础。结合星光广场有许多大学生自主创业经营连锁加盟店的情况，本小组拟对加盟店的运营情况进行实地调查。For With more and more intense competition for jobs, lots of college students start with independent entrepreneurship, which encourage more students to join in independent entrepreneurship with great enthusiasm and confidence. Running a franchise is just a good one while there is a wide variety of choices of independent entrepreneurship. For college students, a group which is lacking in funds and experience, running a franchise is a relatively ideal pattern of entrepreneurship. It’s strongly operable with low risk. We also can gain practical experience of running a business to prepare for later entrepreneurial actions. With the consideration that many students operate chain franchises in the Star Square, our team plan to conduct a survey on the running condition of these franchises. Purpose调查目的：本调查拟通过对加盟店运作全过程的了解，掌握经营加盟店的相关知识和必备流程及准备，为毕业生自主创业提供多样化的途径。 Through the knowledge of the whole running process of franchises, we intend to grasp the related knowledge about franchises running and the necessary preparation in order to provide diversification of choices to graduates. Preparation调查准备：确定调查方案，分配工作，拟定采访稿，联系被调查对象 Determine the survey program, assign works, design interview questions, contact franchises’ owners Process and results调查过程及结果: 本组成员分成三个调查小组，对六家加盟店进行了实地调查，通过面对面采访、音频录入、拍摄图片等方式对调查过程进行了记录，采访结果整理如下： Our group is divided into three teams to conduct surveys on six franchises. We record the investigating process by face-to-face interview, recording, taking pictures. The following is the result: 调查总结: If you plan to run a franchise, you should pay attention to the following aspects. In early consideration, you should determine which kind of franchise you’ll choose. The brand is important. You should analyze the advantages of different kinds of brands and choose an appropriate one. When it comes to the shop, certificates, site selection, rent, upholster and facilities, all of these should be taken into consideration. The business license, health certificate, hygiene certificate must get prepared. In the aspect of procurement of raw materials, you’d better get a fixed vendor. In the course of business, effective advertising measures should be taken. All in all, an adequate preparation can lead to a success.
